Consider: re-align with libauths opcode descriptions

The current descriptions for the opcodes has been sources from many different places and evolved over time, with varying degree of quality.

Libauth has a list of all the opcodes with technical descriptions that at minimum is more consistent.

We could adopt those, but if so we should convert the input, output columns into a single example, then break out the examples from the libauth descriptions into this new column for better readability.
