Consider: add opcode "periodic" table

bitjson made a nice looking opcode table:

This provides a great overview and grouping, and we should consider building something similar for the script opcodes page in the documentation.

Note that this can be done either by adding an image (simple), or by setting up a markdown table and custom CSS for styling, then link each opcode in that table to their corresponding place in further down the document.
