Block client not work for wired clients

Excellent app thank you for creating this! Flow Card not registered (type: action, id: cable_block)

i see two other closed issues that are resolved with 2.4.4. My googlefu says I have to get that from the community store that has been down for a while. Is there any other way to upgrade to 2.4.4?
