GeminiRequest broken in 4.3

This is because TlsOptions.client_unsafe() does not handle self-signed certs correctly. It will show a MbedTLS error in the engine debugger. Godot upstream already fixed it (though i cannot find the issue atm) so this is presumed to work again in 4.3.1
for now, stick with 4.2
