Feat: add file processing module

Introduced a file_processing module to handle all file-related operations.

  • Moved config reading and parsing logic (with test cases) from the main file to this module.

  • Added functionality to copy files from source to destination (in the package) based on config.

Please note that the package_path in user_config is currently hardcoded as a temporary palceholder. It will be made more dynamic in the next MR where the packaging module will be introduced.
