feat: add packaging module

Introduced a packaging module to manage the packaging process.

• made package_path here !9 (merged) more dynamic as planned.
• implemented functionality to cover each stage of packaging tweaks

Testing: Tested behavior and package got generated, build, installed, and cleaned leftovers afterwards. See results below:
