[Librem5] consider updating the kernel to match pureos for suspend

Suspend does not work with the current kernel, it is working reasonably well in pureos byzantium.

suspend should work

device does not wake up after suspend (using phosh-mobile-settings)

Use phosh-mobile-settings and add suspend.
