Random notification-like LED flashes
### Describe your issue
Occasionally I see the blue LED flashing as if I have a notification. I unlock the device and look at the top-panel but nothing is there.
After that, the LED will usually stop flashing, but sometimes it will continue this behavior.
Note that the LED flashes only when the screen is blank.
#### Expected Behavior
The blue LED flashes should be linked to an observable notification, or pressing the power button to resume from suspend.
### How reproducible is the bug?
Relatively frequent. I observe it every second or third boot.

### Related non-duplicate issues
Could it be related to #43? Maybe the LED indicates an activated screen.
