### Describe your issue After emptying the battery, the phone does not start the network system (Mobile/Wifi) on the first boot. The SIM card pin code is not requested. Need to reboot the phone. I noticed that power off the phone and turn it on does **not** reproduce the issue. #### Expected Behavior To have the network fully working on the first boot. #### Observed Behavior I have access to the phone computer but can't use the phone network's features #### Specific area or package affected I did not install anything new ### How reproducible is the bug?
