Change default sound theme to sound-theme-librem5

The current default ringtone/sound theme is very loud, abrupt and not very pleasant. I suggest replacing it with the Librem 5's default sound theme. Link to sound theme source here: https://source.puri.sm/Librem5/sound-theme-librem5/
