Recent updates break modem

### Describe your issue Today I upgraded some 17 packages. After the update I cannot see "Mobile" in settings and "Cellular" is unavailable from the drop-down top menu. In the command line after `mmcli -L` I get `No modems were found`. Moreover, disabling Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, enables "Airplane Mode", reproducing the known bug. Rebooting. 2. Wishfully thinking, downloaded and attempted to use [pinephone-modem scripts](https://gitlab.com/mobian1/devices/pinephone-modem-scripts/-/tree/master/modem-scripts), but no luck.
