PinePhone will not stay powered off.

I have a PinePhoneA64 (not pro) I am using a weekly Mobian from 3-22. I can't get the phone to stay off.

I have shutdown via the menu. Turns back on. I have shutdown via command line with -P. Turns back on.

I don't know why it turns back on.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
