Settings Application is Missing Suspend Management Feature

"Settings" >> "Power" >> "Automatic Suspend" management status, button and page are missing.
Expected Behavior
"Automatic Suspend" management should be present and accessible in the "Settings" ap.
Observed Behavior
The "Automatic Suspend" button and control screen are entirely missing.
Specific area or package affected
Just before filing this report, I updated my Mobian Bookworm system with "apt-get update ; apt-get dist-upgrade" so it should be approximately equivalent to a nightly build on this date, plus some additional applications that I have installed.
How reproducible is the bug?
I have experienced this bug intermittently on Bookworm for a month or more, but it became entirely reproducible after a recent update.
Steps to reproduce the bug
- Poweroff and boot or Reset Pinephone.
- Launch "Settings" ap from desktop icon or, alternatively, launch the ap by pressing the battery icon after pressing the status banner at the top of the screen.
- Press "Power" (if not already there via the battery icon launch method).
- Note the absence of the "Automatic Suspend" status and feature.

Pinephone Manjaro Convergence Edition (~1 year old).

Solutions you have tried
- Open a terminal.
- Type the following command: sudo systemctl restart phosh.service
- After phosh restart, launch the Settings ap and note that the Automatic Suspend management feature is restored and functional.
