One is able to mount an SD card and Root partition through USB even though the screen is locked

USB-OTG will mount to a computer even when the screen is locked, allowing anyone with physical access to an "on" device to access the phone's files. It would be nice to either have a "kill switch" for OTG or have a confirmation dialog to prevent such an occurance.
