Charging via Anker PowerExpand+ only works at excrutiatingly slow speed, Power Delivery handling bugged?
For my PinePhone, charging via Anker's PowerExpand+ hub only works at excrutiatingly slow speed right now. When the device is fully idle but not suspended, it will gain about 2% in half an hour. Under load it won't gain anything, or even very slowly discharge. The hub and the cable I use to power the hub support 100W Power Delivery and the USB-C power adapter I use supports 30W, of which less than peak 18W are ever consumed by the hub with its peripherals as per official spec. Therefore there should be 12W or more, equivalent to more than the common 5V 2A which charges way faster, left over for the phone. I have charged with a plain 5V 2A charger before and it is way way quicker, so something is wrong with how the PinePhone handles PD under mobian.
