Cellular Network & WiFI not work with Version phosh from 20221009

Hello, flashed the Version: 20221009 to my OnePlus 6T. But CellularNetwork/MobileNetwork / WiFi did not work.

Can not enable both.

How to fix this ?

Had Version: 20220925 before - WiFI & Cellular/MobileNetwork did work

Sound did not work on both Versions

The SIMCARD Issue depends with the SIMCARD

when use a TELEKOM SIM CARD it works with my a Subprovider of O2 did not work!
