Not compatible with PulseAudio 17

When using PulseAudio 17 Callaudiod fails to switch profiles. This happens both on calls answering and manually invoking callaudiocli -m. If I understand it correctly, this problem is related to the new profile names, like "Phone Call (Earpiece, Mic)" and "Default (Mic, Speaker)".
