How to use this with Builder Flatpak

Could I use the Meson "wrap" file in a Flatpak/Builder set up to make a Gnome project and use C++?

As seen here - #1 (closed)

The default Builder Gnome project would pull in all the C deps needed. Would I just need to change the project to use g++ somehow instead of GCC, then add that wrap file? That would install cppgir into the sandbox?
