Shortcut not created on Windows, during setup_venv.py

Some users reported a problem, specifically coming from the installation of winshell, which is deprecated. The installation should be complete to run PySN in the terminal (remember to activate the environment).

Workaround if you do want to use the convenient shortcut:

• View "Properties"

• modify "Target" to (replace [user] by your path): "C:\Users[user]\Desktop\pysn-digest\pysnvenv\Scripts\python.exe" "C:\Users[user]\Desktop\pysn-digest\digest.py"

• modify "start in" to (replace [user] by your path):

• "C:\Users[user]\Desktop\pysn-digest"
