This release adds major functionality in pgnvi's game view: comments are now
shown and can be edited, side lines can be easily browsed and the commonly used
move annotations can be manipulated within the editor.

The tools are already usable for browsing and editing PGN files. The "append
mode" for game editing is implemented. However, some important functionality is
still missing, notably searching, filtering, editing game metadata, comments
and variants.
