Create New ML Project

Problem to solve

We need to be able to create a new ML project (repository).

This form is very similar to how GitLab does it. We, in addition, add the "choose data type" function, as this will define, in what category the project can be found in the market place.

As of now I think the best way to do this is by adding tags to the project: e.g. image, video as tags.

Technical solution

• Update the handbook page on creating projects (delete the Machine Learning projects section)
