Disallow changes in the target molecule for predictions within the same page

We can change the target molecule between predictions on the same page (also the same in v1). I think we should keep the target molecule the same for predictions within the same page (e.g. don’t allow changes in the target molecule between prediction #3 (closed) and #4 (closed)).
