Supporting templates in the Tree Builder reaction node window is empty

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to My Results
2. Click on a result, then View Trees
3. Click on the reaction node (oval circle)

In the Node Details window there is a section on Supporting Templates but this is empty, it should display template precedents for the proposed reaction.

This is a known feature related to implementing UDS. The end goal is to enable scrolling through the model metadata in the tree explorer in the same way one can do it in the IPP. This is a work in progress. Adding the ticket to capture and document this work.
