Lab notes vault should move to its own repo

My notes are in Dendron-extended Markdown within the vault/notes/ sub-directory. When I did this, I was thinking that it would be a good place for them so that my "work notes" are all in one place. But it means that this repo is becoming something of a "mono-repo", and I don't like those. Besides, the lab codes are being cloned to multiple places where notes are not really useful (because of the Dendron extensions). This includes transient GCP nodes. I could install the Dendron VSCode extension to those, but I don't want to: VSCode's quite heavy and I'm working to reduce my extensions footprint...

So, I need to "prune and repot" my work notes into another repository, that can be just for the notes.
