Release: v0.2.0 — Review threads, job-level CI debugging, injection hardening

LabRat v0.2.0

First public release. Adds the merge-request review loop (read, reply to
and resolve threads) and job-level CI debugging (retry/cancel/play a
single job, structured test reports, artifact browsing, CI lint), plus
repository blame.

Fixes several cases where a tool returned a confident partial answer, and
closes a prompt-injection hole where the untrusted-content envelope could
be forged by the content it was fencing.
