Build fails because of "missing" system libraries
Context: Updating mission-center
from 0.4.4 to 0.4.5 on nixpkgs.
The build fails with
pkg-config exited with status code 1
> PKG_CONFIG_PATH=... PKG_CONFIG_ALLOW_SYSTEM_CFLAGS=1 pkg-config --libs --cflags glib-2.0 glib-2.0 >= 2.79
The system library `glib-2.0` required by crate `glib-sys` was not found.
The file `glib-2.0.pc` needs to be installed and the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable must contain its parent directory.
PKG_CONFIG_PATH contains the following:
- ...
- /nix/store/hfa0jcamap6fyq1jlfxvn0dhaa3yrv8y-glib-2.78.4-dev/lib/pkgconfig
- ...
And other libraries are affected as well such as gtk4
, gobject
, and gio
.
Could this be due to the versions supplied being to old ?
