mail system should make use of hovers and clickable text
Hoverable and clickable text would be really useful for the /mail system, from pages to clicking on usernames to suggest a /mail command or just hovering in the mail list to see the full message.
The mail system is written in Perl
exec_listalias.sh has some examples of using hoverable/clickable text and pages
