Teleporting away (with /spawn or /home) while sleeping in a bed puts you in a floating state in which you cannot move or see anything around you. Pressing the leave bed button will return you to your bed, but you also cannot see anything. *Additionally, sleeping in a bed while the server restarts will force you out of the bed while still sleeping in it, while not being able to exit. You need to die to get out of this state.
