/Wilderness doesn't recognize dimension change when finding a spot.

If you use the /wilderness command and then enter another dimension it doesn't recognize it. It'll still search for a location in that new dimension.

End / Nether fail because of the world border and display the mention "An unknown force prevents you from going any further".

Lightonia seems to put an infinite loop as it sees the void as ocean and therefore restarts the search.

Anna_28 expressed concern this might be requesting new chunks to generate past the world borders.
