/up can delete half blocks

How issue affects /up: /up can replace half blocks with glass. How issue manifests: Doing /up 1 while standing on half block replaces half block with glass. Steps:

1. Stand on any half block (slab) and do /up 1
2. Half block (slab) gets replaced by glass.
