when a dispenser dispenses a tnt block, it does nothing but it is also consumed

How this differs from the expected behaviour

It should drop as an entity and explode.

If this is a protection set up by the staff, then please make it not consume the tnt, because it's simply deleting it right now.

How the issue manifests itself

Place tnt block inside dispenser, activate dispenser with redstone, nothing happens and 1 tnt is lost.
