Email Confirmation

depends on engine!424 (merged) and engine!438 (merged)

To test

1. create a new account, it should show a mail confirmation banner
2. tapping on resend show send a confirmation mail
3. changing your email from settings should show a note saying that you will have to confirm your email
4. saving the email change should show the mail confirmation banner again
