(bug): Hashtags on group search broken

Summary

The hashtags at the top of the group section do not filter the content accordingly.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the app
2. Open hamburger Menu (☰)
3. Press Groups
4. Try to filter by hashtag - observe nothing changes.

Initial bug on Samsung Luna Reproduced on an S7 Edge (8.0.0)

App version

v3.2.0

What is the current bug behavior?

The list of groups does not change when a new filter is selected/deselected.

What is the expected correct behavior?

I believe the groups should filter based upon the hashtags
