New onboarding does not actually have user join groups.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Select groups in new onboarding process
  2. Complete onboarding process
  3. User will not have joined groups

App version

3.15.0

What is the current bug behavior?

Channel does not join groups

What is the expected correct behavior?

Channel should join all groups selected
