Implement the new Profile setup groups screen

Based on the user's selected hashtags, provide a list of groups from the top feeds api.

• Do not display NSFW groups
• Implement the new design
• Provide a list of groups to select based on the top feeds
• Plus icon should remove the group from an internal array
• Check icon should add the group to an internal array
• Skip should take them to the new select channels screen without saving the groups
• Continue should take them to the new select channels page and join the user to the groups
