Presentation of Supermind activity posts

Goal

• Ensure that Supermind responses are clearly indicated aesthetically in the feeds and post pages so that users know it was a paid reply

The activity post entity will be modified slightly to differentiate it from other posts.

• Feed context design
  • Note the 2px border around the original post as well as the inclusion of the SuperMind badge top-left.
• Entity content design
• Note the inclusion of the new S / Supermind action within the post toolbar.
