List of countries is shorter on mobile, compared to desktop
Desktop:
Steps to reproduce
- Choose account that doesn't have bank connected
- Log into that account on phone
- Head to Wallet > Cash > Set up bank
- Try choosing country
on desktop
- Head to Wallet > Cash > Settings > Set up bank
- Try choosing country (there is almost twice as many options)

What is the current bug behavior?
Countries for cash payouts are not synced between phone and desktop
What is the expected correct behavior?
countries should be synced
