Remove text requirement from media comment

Summary

Some users have complained about the text requirement for posting media in comments from the app. This requirement does not exist in the web application, fffb7169-2fb7-411a-9455-6644b5c4f61e.jfif

Remove text requirement

Steps to reproduce

  • attempt to post an image in a comment without writing anything first

What is the current bug behavior?

I don't think this is a bug: possibly just an oversight.

What is the expected correct behavior?

No text requirement
