Rate limit error when using forgot your password feature
Summary
Using a valid channel name, but since due to rate limit error, token is not sent for forgot your password.
Steps to reproduce
- Open minds app.
- Navigate to forgot your password.
- Enter a channel name and tap Continue.
- Re-request forgot your password multiple times.
- Notice that the rate limit error appears.

Rate limit error appears.
What is the expected correct behavior?
Instead, UI should not allow user to re-request token until a certain time limit has passed.
