Billing options do not work
Summary
The options within Billing section do not work.
Steps to reproduce
- Login to mobile app.
- Navigate to Settings -> Billing.
- Notice that on iOS, the page is empty with no options available. And on Android, the options available are not clickable.

What is the current bug behavior?
Either no options available or options not clickable within billing section.
What is the expected correct behavior?
Option within billing section should be actionable.
