Signup Fail

Summary:

Signup Fail. It won't let me sign up to create an account. It tells me that I either need alphanumerics (when i don't include them) or not (when I do) I am required to include special characters but then it rejects my password again, and again and again.

Steps to reproduce:

Try to create an account using special characters as required by the instructions.
