### Summary
Upon trying to install Minds locally, I encountered the following error :
```

### Steps to reproduce
Clone the Minds Git repository (recursively)
Run minds install --no-front
### Platform information
Windows 10 Professional
### What is the current *bug* behavior?
The installation fails with the error mentioned earlier.
### What is the expected *correct* behavior?
The local installation of Minds completes without error.
