Web: Unread chat email notification
Goal
Alert users who haven't used Minds/tenants recently that they have new chat messages awaiting them.

As a Minds/tenant user, I want a regular email notification of unread chat notifications so that I know when chats are waiting for my response. - Every six hours, send an email with unread chat notifications if there are unread chats made in the last six hours
- For network summary emails, include unread chat messages created since the last time the network summary was sent.

The strategy would be to 'extend' the summary emails (digest) that was implemented to include any unread messages a user may have.
This way, even if there are no unread messages, we can send a consistent summary email once a week that aims to bring the user back into the app.
6 hour update email
This e-mail is especially for those users' who have been joined into a host of chatrooms, but might drop off from the website or the app after say, a couple days. An email communication in the form of unread message updates is hypothesized to bring users' back into the app / tenant.
Network CTA takes a user to the newsfeed URL, "View in chat" opens tenant/chat or minds.com/chat
