What is the current behavior?
Currently if an user boost his/her channel or post, it is showed to every user on Minds randomly till it reaches the requested views. That can work with content which isn't "specific" to some group of people. A meme, a joke or a internal politics post often isn't interesting for people outside a specific country and above all to people which don't understand the language and in some cases even annoying to them. News or jokes on an actor, politician or sport's champion are often very "regional". I don't know any baseball or football player as most Americans don't have any idea about an italian, french, german or brazilian soccer player for example. So if I buy 1000 views for a post like that, the chance that 99% of people who sees it aren't interested and/or don't understand it, it's currently very high making the boost almost useless.
What is the expected behavior?
Adding a "language target" option for boosts will make them much more useful for "language minorities" on Minds and could incentivize the use of boosts benefiting the token economy and Minds content creator/posters as well. Using the language as target is much better than using the geographical position since not every user sets the latter but almost every user sets his/her preferred language for the interface (unless it's not available) besides one can even live temporary or definitely in another country.
Possible fixes
Adding "Boost to language" as option
