    Ugh, so many nested components getting controlled asyncronously.
Created a resusable getmetamask.component
If local is detected, it will display the dialog before trying to unlock.
In the dialog, users can either:
download metamask - opens in a _blank browser
create - navigates to the wallet page
unlock - resume the normal flow and asks for private keys
