Increased the size of the messenger window

Regarding variable width docks based upon whether the tab is open or closed, I've omitted this from the changes because it looks like it'd be a heavy refactoring due to the way that the dockpanes are positioned. Considering the upcoming Messenger 2.0 Epic https://gitlab.com/groups/minds/-/epics/21 I think its more suited there.

If however you want me to overhaul the way we lay out chats let me know and I can resub.
