(bug): Users are currently unable to create new groups with the new discovery tab.

Summary

I can't figure out how to create a new group with the new discovery tab in place. Let me know if I'm missing something.

NOTE: Canary mode is turned on.

What is the current bug behavior?

Users are currently unable to create new groups with the new discovery tab.

What is the expected correct behavior?

There used to be a button for creating a new group at the top of the old group feed. The old group feed is no longer accessible via the navigation bar. There should be a button for creating a new group somewhere appropriate.
