(bug): Boost Console --> Sidebar --> Create a Boost doesn't list the user's channel or any of their posts to boost if they have never created a sidebar boost.
Summary
The "SIDEBAR" button and "CREATE A BOOST" button also don't turn blue when on this page if the user has never created a sidebar boost.
NOTE: Canary mode is turned on.
Steps to reproduce
- Create a new channel or log in to a channel which has never created a sidebar boost.
- Go to abbeyroad.minds.com/boost/console/sidebar/create

Boost Console --> Sidebar --> Create a Boost doesn't list the user's channel or any of their posts to boost if they have never created a sidebar boost.
What is the expected correct behavior?
It should list the user's channel and some of their recent posts so they can boost them.
