(chore): Legacy 'Top' links should redirect to /Discovery

Summary

I think this is because Discovery was updated and the old top image/video/blog feeds are no longer being used.

NOTE: Same issue with my video gallery and blog gallery.

NOTE: Canary mode is turned on.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to your channel.
2. Click "View More" in the Images widget.
3. Click "Top".
4. Click the gear box at the top right.

Windows 10 / Chrome (Version 73.0.3683.86)

What is the current bug behavior?

The gear icon on the top images page (accessed from the image gallery) lists no options in its drop down menu.

What is the expected correct behavior?

It should either list some options in its drop down menu or this button shouldn't be there.
