(chore): Remove plus from Wallet Transactions contracts dropdown

Summary

The transactions for Plus appear under Offchain Wire only.

NOTE: Canary mode is turned on.

Steps to reproduce

1. Sign up for Minds Plus at abbeyroad.minds.com/plus
2. Go to abbeyroad.minds.com/wallet/tokens/transactions
3. Click "Contracts" and then click "Plus".

Windows 10 / Chrome (Version 73.0.3683.86)

What is the current bug behavior?

When searching for All Addresses --> Plus on the Transactions page, no transactions load despite having paid for plus multiple times.

What is the expected correct behavior?

It should list all transactions for when Minds Plus was purchased within the date range.
